Sahlen's Sports Park
Sahlen Sports Park is a 180,000 sq. ft. multi-sport indoor facilty with three open and one boarded field, a fitness center, soccer store and the park cafe. Recreational and advanced programs as well as leagues are offered for kids and adults in Soccer, Lacrosse, Flag football, Softball and field hockey. Buffalo Flash Soccer
Buffalo Flash is a professional American women's soccer team, founded in 2008, which is a member of the United Soccer Leagues W-League, the second division women's soccer league in the United States. The Flash will play in the Great Lakes Division of the Central Conference. The team plays its home games at the soccer field of Orchard Park High School in Orchard Park, New York, and trains at Sahlen Sports Park in Buffalo. The team is owned by the Sahlen family, and is ran by former Rochester Rhinos Women player Alexandra Sahlen.
